Visual-Spatial are people who are good at
puzzle solving, enjoys reading and will be good with directions and chart work.
Their creativity will be suited best in an advertising or marketing section of
the business because they will do well in coming up with ideas for their
business and will also have a good strategy in which direction their business
should grow.
Linguist-Verbal are people who are well
spoken and are good with excellent vocabularies and the written word. They are
good at remembering written and spoken information. They will also be good at
explaining and debating. Their superior knowledge of the spoken and written
work makes them highly suitable in positions such as speech writers, giving
presentations and being the spokes person of the business.
People with high levels of interpersonal
skills relate well to others. They excel in business as they are excellent
team-players and have the ability to diffuse a tense situation such as
departmental meetings where people disagree. People with excellent
interpersonal skills do well in Human Resources departments as they are
approachable and staff will not feel intimidated to open up to them when they
are experiencing problems.
Logical-Mathematical people have excellent
abilities to solve complex mathematical operations. Logical-mathematical types
excel as actuaries and computer programmers. Their logical way of thinking
combined with their aptitude for complex mathematical equations makes them
better suited to work with like-minded people or on their own.
